The Process is Simple
We fully describe and detail the project you will be investing in. We also provide an overview of ZecLee Properties long term vision, as well as our accomplishments to date.
After acquiring a cash investment from partners that invest into ZecLee Properties, we then invest the money into upcoming projects. These projects have ample equity and return. When the asset that is purchased has been renovated and is performing, the investment capital is then returned or re-invested into the next project.
We are currently accepting investments with a term of six or twelve months. At the end of the term you receive your investment including the interest earned. The return we offer is substantially higher than normal market investments that are available. Contact us today to learn more!
